These terms govern the purchase of products on myshop.xyz.vision and the custom work agreed on a call, provided by XYZ.vision of Alessio Cappuccio, VAT IT14803300962, Italian flat-rate regime (art. 1, par. 54-89, Law 190/2014: prices do not include VAT). By completing an order the client accepts these terms in full.

The products are those listed in the shop at the time of the order: SEO toolkit, LinkedIn/Instagram carousel, landing page, product video, brand manual, launch, bundle. Price and delivery time are those shown on the product page at the time of payment. Launch prices are valid until 31 December 2026; afterwards, list prices apply. Custom work is scoped on a call and quoted separately.

An order is placed by filling in the product form and paying in full, upfront, via Stripe. The order is confirmed only once payment is received; the client gets a confirmation email. XYZ.vision does not store card details.

The deliverable is sent by email to the address given in the order, within the time stated on the product (instantly, 48 hours, 72 hours or 5 days) from payment. The clock starts when the inputs are complete and usable (for example a valid 3D model, a readable logo): if they are missing or unusable, XYZ.vision asks for what is needed and the clock restarts. For Launch, the site goes live on the client's domain within 72 hours; DNS instructions are included in the delivery.

The client declares to hold the rights to everything they submit (texts, logos, photos, 3D models, answers) and is solely responsible for it. Every deliverable is produced from the client's inputs. Uploaded files are kept for 90 days after delivery, then deleted.

Every product includes one round of minor revisions (copy, colours, small tweaks) requested within 7 days of delivery by replying to the delivery email. Structural changes, inputs changed after the order or further requests are a new order or a quote.

The products are personalised digital content made to the client's specifications: under art. 59, par. 1, letters c) and o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started, and the client expressly accepts this by completing the payment. If XYZ.vision cannot deliver, the refund is full. If the deliverable does not match the brief and the revision round is not enough, XYZ.vision considers a partial or full refund. Disputes are handled directly with XYZ.vision before any other route.

On delivery the client owns the deliverable (code, PDF, video, images) and may use, modify and publish it anywhere, with no time limit. XYZ.vision may cite the work as a reference (portfolio, case studies) unless the client asks otherwise in writing. For Launch, the domain and DNS remain in the client's name.

XYZ.vision uses artificial intelligence tools and language models in its internal production process. The client buys a finished product, not access to AI models or services: XYZ.vision is not an AI service provider.

XYZ.vision guarantees that the deliverable is functional and standards-compliant at the time of delivery. It is not liable for damages arising from the client's use of the deliverable, including lost revenue, data loss or third-party claims. XYZ.vision's total liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the order.

Deliverables may not be resold, transferred or sublicensed to third parties as a product without XYZ.vision's written consent. If the purchase is made by an intermediary (agency, consultant, freelancer) for an end client, the intermediary informs the end client that the work was produced by XYZ.vision. These terms are governed by Italian law; for consumers the competent court is that of their place of residence, for businesses the court of Milan. Questions: info@xyz.vision.
